Little Ninjas (Ages 4 - 6 yrs old)

...This is what we call our Pre-Martial Arts program!

Here we focus on 8 major skill areas:

Your child will not only learn the art of Kung Fu, but they'll improve their gross motor skills, increase their confidence, improve their self-control, and boost their self-esteem. Watch as your child's confidence grows with each and every class.

During each class, we cover one of the above-mentioned skills with a wide variety of activities that are fun, educational, and will help get your child physically fit. 

The following are some activities that we cover in our Little Ninjas classes:

Ninja Speed Test - The students move about like Ninjas until the command "attention" is given in which they must move to attention quickly. This drill emphasizes focus, control and balance.

Focused Ninja Blackbelt - With this drill, the Ninjas must come to attention as soon as the instructor gives the command. The Ninja that doesn't move and stays focus is the winner! This drill emphasizes focus and control.

Ninja Clean-up - With our target and focus pads thrown about the training floor, we split our Ninjas into two teams. The team that picks up the pads the fastest and puts them in the proper order and location wins -- this drill teaches teamwork.

Ninja Personal Development - Developing the "inner" Ninjas is critical to a child's success. So each class, we focus on a personal development skill such as conflict resolution, staying away from strangers, maintaining a positive attidude, good study habits and much more!
