The Instructor Program is broken down as follows:

Level I – Basic Instructor

Requirement:   21 hours, 60 techniques

Level II – Intermediate Instructor

Requirement:   21 hours, 60 techniques

Level III – Full Instructor

Requirement:   21 hours, 60 techniques (180 total techniques)

Regular certification is available for those who are not interested in becoming an Instructor.

Note:  You must be able to perform accurately, with speed and control.
